OVER A CENTURY OF LIFE AND WORK DEDICATED TO TOMATOES
Our adventure begins in Remigio Rodolfi’s small workshop, and continues with Mansueto, a pioneer in industrialising tomato processing.
It is a journey that spans the difficult years of the two World Wars, and has reached the present day through the tenacity of four generations of entrepreneurs, whose talent, wisdom and respect for tradition have written an exciting story lasting 125 years.
Today, in our three production plants in Ozzano Taro, Fontanini and Castelguelfo, in the heart of Italy’s Food Valley in Parma, we process over 250,000 tonnes of fresh tomatoes every year. We were the first to bring a concentrated sauce in a tube into the pantries of Italians, and one of the earliest companies to branch into the organic food sector: research and development are the foundation of our work, and have allowed us to keep up with our customers’ needs.
