Personal data are processed to enable the Controller to provide its services (contract purposes or other purposes connected to its business in compliance with the legal obligations of statutory, accounting, fiscal and tax nature), as well as for the following purposes
- marketing purposes (e.g. sending newsletters, promotional messages) through automated (e-mail, sms, mms, fax or other similar tools), traditional methods (paper mail or phone calls through operators) or advertising purposes (use of photo images and/or videos);
-profiling purposes (aimed at detecting tastes, preferences, consumption choices and habits);
- interaction with social networks and external platforms, Statistics and Views of content from external platforms.
The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are outlined in the specific sections of this document.
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller relating to the purposes outlined in the previous points to comply with legal obligations and/or manage professional relations and/or contract agreed performances and/or market analyses and/or to exercise the right to object and/or web analysis. Failure to communicate makes the performance of such activities impossible.
For marketing and profiling purposes, consent must be given in advance. Consent is optional and given freely; consent to processing will make it possible to offer customised services. Not providing data and denying consent makes it impossible to generate and/or provide benefits.
The Personal Data collected via this Application automatically or via third parties include: Name, Surname, Phone number, Company name, Profession, Country, Province, Email, ZIP, Town, Address, Sector, Usage Data and Cookies.
The User is responsible for any third party Personal Data published or shared via this Application and guarantees to be entitled to communicate or disclose it, thus relieving the Controller from any third party liability.
IThe Data Controller processes the Data of Users implementing the safeguards required to prevent the unauthorised access, disclosure, change or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out manually by means of computers and/or IT enabled tools with organisational procedures and logics that are strictly related to the purposes specified above. In addition to the Controller, in some cases Data may be accessed by categories of operators involved in the site organization (administration, sales, marketing, legal system administration staff) or by external subjects (e.g. third party providers of technical services, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Processors may always be requested to the Data Controller.
Data shall be processed at the operating offices of the Controller and at any other place where the parties involved in data processing are located. For further information, please contact the Controller.
Personal data are kept for a period of time relating to the processing purposes, without prejudice to official purposes the storage time of which is established to comply with the obligations and controls imposed by the law.
The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services. The User declares to be aware that the Controller may be required to disclose Persona Data upon request of public authorities.
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third party services used by it may contain system logs, i.e. files recording interactions and that may contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data itself, and in such case to obtain to access data (art. 15), modify them (art. 16), erase them (art. 17), limit processing (art. 18), oppose processing at any time (art. 21) and withdraw consent (if expressed).
In case personal data are processed with automated means and are given based on consent or if processing is necessary for executing a contract, the data subject is entitled to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data given and is entitled to transmit them to another Controller without impediment by the Controller to whom he/she gave them. Such right does not apply should the processing be based on a legal ground other than consent or contract (art. 20). The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
